London Fashion Week: Vinienne Westwood Red Lable

All Hail the Queen! Vivienne Westwood surly delivers with her Autumn/Winter collection this year. Seaming like a play on "Alice in Wonderland" and the "Queen of Hearts", Westwood brings two ideas that may be close to her own. Tweeds, block prints, plaids, tilted hats, quilted patterns, haphazard pan make-up, and the prerequisite crown (this time made of hair) complete the brick-a-brack look. Feast your eyes!

London Fashion Week: Acne

I <3 ACNE!!! I've been following Acne, a Swedish based design house, since I lived in Stockholm a few years ago. They have been around since 1996 and have always pushed the envelope. Scandinavia is known for great modern design and Acne delivers. A play on proportion, a theme that seems to be their trademark, Acne mixes boxy leather jackets with anti-fit blocked trousers. Round, large shell bomber jackets with slim skirts, Fitted men's shirts with stove pipe velvet pants . . .
